Mr. Tsvetan Simeonov, Chairman of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (www.bcci.bg), discussed with the founder of Large Infrastructure Projects, Mr. Roumen Markov, the prospects for the new Danube – Aegean Motorway at a meeting on 14/05/2019.
The project was presented at a Business Forum in Bucharest last autumn during the Summit of the Heads of State participating in the initiative ‘Three Seas’. BCCI was the organiser of the Bulgarian Business Delegation for the Forum.
Rumen Markov stressed that the Danube-Aegean Motorway is a project for an efficient, intelligent and environmentally friendly intermodal transportation artery. Conservation of the environment and the local biodiversity are a priority in the design of the Motorway.
